I spent the better part of my life as a slightly unhinged wild child all while following my internal light and purpose, yet totally clouded by the world around me. And what a ride it’s been!
In college I studied elementary and special education because I was endlessly fascinated by learning, individuality, and the art of helping people grow.
Over time, I became a board certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher, where I fueled my passion for integrative nutrition, radical self-healing, and guiding people back to themselves.
But the most impactful classroom and my greatest education has come from two decades behind the bar — where I’ve witnessed the full spectrum of humanity in motion. That’s where I learned that healing isn’t just found on a mat — it’s found in the mess, the motion, and the moment. Every story, every shift, every pour has been a lesson in resilience, connection, and authenticity.
For so long, I tried to fit into what the world — and the wellness industry — told me I should be. Until I realized: I wasn’t meant to fit in. I was meant to shake things up.
